The sun is shining, schools out, holidays are in sight, the final countdown has begun. I’d like to take a moment to share my top 3 tips for getting to Christmas Day without burnout. ¬†They are words of wisdom from my dear old Mum.

When you have that slightly panicky feeling that there’s not enough time to get everything done, thats exactly when you need¬†to press pause,¬† step back and¬†take some time.

Time to plan, time to take a big deep breath, time to relax.

Relax!!!!! I hear you yell, who’s got time to relax? ¬†And I whisper back, you cannot keep running on empty. ¬†You might not have time to nip off for a spa day but you probably could find time to have a foot soak and a cup of tea. ¬†Or you could spare half an hour for a¬†back massage¬†to¬†ease those knotty shoulders. ¬†You might even manage an hour to put some sparkle¬†back into your tired, dehydrated skin with a¬†Radiance Facial.¬†¬†¬†¬†There’s also the¬†Summer Glow ¬†Super Hydrating Facial, which is perfect for this time of year.¬†There are a just a few¬†appointments scattered through before the holidays.

In a nutshell there are no prizes for exhausting yourself, get some balance in there,¬†you’ll be a much calmer happier, festive elf¬†if you do.
