Is there parking and easy access?
There is plenty of parking available just a few steps from the door. The salon is on ground level with one very small step by the entry.

How can I pay for my treatment?
Beautel accepts Cash, EFTPOS, Debit, Visa and Mastercard

What if I'm late for my appointment?
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If for any reason you arrive past your appointment start time, I will do my best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
The time allocated for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. You will be sent a confirmation 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your booking and as acknowledgment of this policy.

Gift Vouchers are available in salon or can be organised by text/email/phone.
