  • Is there parking and easy access?

    There is plenty of parking available just a few steps from the door. The salon is on ground level with one very small step by the entry.

  • How can I pay for my treatment?

    Beautel accepts Cash, EFTPOS, Debit, Visa and Mastercard

  • What if I'm late for my appointment?

    Please arrive on time for your appointment. If for any reason you arrive past your appointment start time, I will do my best to complete your full treatment, however this is not always possible and you will be charged for the full amount of the original booking.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    The time allocated for your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. You will be sent a confirmation 24 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your booking and as acknowledgment of this policy.

  • Can I buy Gift Vouchers?

    Gift Vouchers are available in salon or can be organised by text/email/phone.
    Gift vouchers are not transferable
    Gift vouchers have a 12 month expiry
    Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash
